[탄자니아] 더 나은 의료서비스 제공을 위하여

-병원 의료서비스 질 관리를 위해 지속되는 On the Job Training

- 관리자 대상 의료서비스 질 관리 교육 후 교육받은 관리자들에 의해 매월 1회 병원 내자체적인 On the Job Training 시행 

작년 10월 메디피스 탄자니아의 사업장인 무와나냐말라 병원에서는 병원 내 관리자를 대상으로 시행된 병원 내 의료서비스 질 관리를 위한 문제 분석-해결과정 (KAIZEN) 트레이닝이 이루어졌습니다. 

이후 매월 1회씩 해당 교육을 수료한 관리자들에 의해 전 병동에서 On the Job Training이 이루어지고 있습니다. 11월에는 의료 질 관리의 개념, 질 관리 주제 정하기, 12월에는 상황 분석, 문제 요인 찾기, 1월에는 문제의 근본 원인 찾기에 대한 교육이 진행되었습니다. 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공하기 위한 무와나냐말라 병원 의료진의 열정이 한국에도 전달되기를 바랍니다.

For the better medical services to the community

-Continuing OJT for the Quality Assurance of medical services in the hospital

- After training on Quality Assurance of the managerial level staffs, monthly training has started voluntarily by those trained personnel  

In 2015 October, there was a training program on problem solving (KAIZEN) for the Quality Assurance of the medical services in the hospital, targeting managerial staffs in the Mwananyamala Regional Referral Hospital. After that training, monthly On the Job Training has started voluntarily by the trained staffs in October. In November, there was training on the concept of QA, theme selection of KAIZEN, in December, there was training on situation analysis, finding contributing factors, and in this January, training on root cause analysis was provided. We hope the passion of health care workers to provide better medical services would reach to Korea also.
